I don’t see the content of the email

Where the content of an email appears depends on your “How emails appear in Notion” setting.

If it is set to In page comments (the default), the email is added to the comment section. Make sure comments are active and displayed in your database. More information here.
If it is set to In the page body, the email is added directly to the page body as a collapsible toggle. Open the page to see it.
