Custom domain
By default, your portal lives on a SlapPortal subdomain (e.g. acme.portal.getslap.co). With a custom domain, your portal users can access it from your own address instead (e.g. portal.acme.com).
Pricing
A custom domain costs a $50 one-time fee. There is no recurring charge.
Get a custom domain
Custom domains are set up by our team. To get one:
- Contact us at hello@getslap.co with your current portal URL and the domain you want to use.
- We send you the payment details for the $50 fee.
- Once we receive your payment, we activate your custom domain and guide you through any setup needed on your side. This usually takes 1 business day.
Good to know
- Your original portal URL keeps working after the custom domain is activated.
- Portal users signed in on your original portal URL need to sign in again on the custom domain.
