How would you describe your workflow before using Slap?

We had to process all requests in our email client, completely disconnected from the project context. There was no way to collaborate effectively on quick problem resolution. We had to manually copy information and exchanges into Notion, which wasn’t ideal at all.

How are you using Slap today?
