How would you describe your workflow before using Slap?

We ran everything through Gmail with add-ons. It felt clunky, hard to organize, and even harder to share. Email lived in its own silo and slowed us down.

How are you using Slap (to manage support tickets within Notion)? How has the process evolved? If you are able to give an idea of the and it’s nice too.

We built our entire Notion CRM on top of Slap. It covers the full lifecycle: lead qualification, deal flow, customer success and reactivation. Notion is becoming our source-of-truth, and we’re developing an LLM-powered automation system that wouldn’t be realistic without Slap.

What benefits have you noticed since implementing Slap?

Our overall efficiency jumped, especially in sales operations. We easily save over 100 hours per month and surface opportunities we would have missed. Slap’s team even built a feature we needed to unblock a key workflow. The product is quickly becoming what I always expected Notion Mail to be, which never really evolved after launch.
