Sync older emails with Notion

When creating a new Email-to-Notion Sync, you cannot (yet) choose to sync past emails. A workaround for this is to use labels to sync older emails.

• Create a label (Slap, for example) in Gmail.
• Edit your sync on app.getslap.co to sync only emails with this label. This is only temporary. Don’t forget to save your sync.
• Apply the label on the older emails you want to sync. Those emails will start arriving in your Notion database.
• Once you’re done, change back your sync to its original state.
• You can get rid of the label (or keep it in case you need it later).
