Add your signature to emails sent from Notion

You can have your default Gmail signature automatically included when sending emails from Notion through Slap. This keeps your email communication consistent and professional.

How to turn on the Gmail signature feature

1. Open Settings in Slap.

2. Check the box next to “Add Gmail signature”.

3. Click “Save settings”.

   

Once enabled, Slap will pull in the signature you’ve set as your default in Gmail and automatically add it to the bottom of any email you send from Notion.

Important notes

• Your signature won’t appear in the Notion comment itself, it’s only added when the email is sent.
• In your Gmail settings, make sure you’ve selected a signature in the “FOR NEW EMAILS USE” option. Without this, Slap won’t be able to add your signature.
